ELIGIBILITY - Entries
are open to amateur golfers who
- were females at birth.
- have an 18-hole USGA Handicap Index of 10.4 or less.
- are members of a golf club/organization/association
that is a 2003 WWGA Member.

$100.00 entry fee must
accompany entry application.
$100.00 + $35.00 for foreign entries must accompany
entry application ($35.00 for foreign
entries is in
lieu of WWGA club membership dues)

- Entry Deadline: May 30,
2003 at 5:00P.M. (CDT)
- Entries are subject to approval or rejection at any
time by the WWGA Amateur Tournament Committee.
- Notification of acceptance or wait list will be mailed.
- Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
- $25.00 administrative fee will be withheld for
cancellations of accepted entries on or before May 30.
- NO REFUNDS for cancellations after May 30.
- Field limited to the low 144 players.
