Saturday, June 14 - 10:00A.M. to 4:00P.M. (CDT)
Sunday, June 15 - 8:00A.M. to 12:00P.M. (CDT)
Late Arrival Information
Players must register by 12:00 Noon on Sunday June 15
or have notified Entry Chairman, Ellen Meister as of
Friday, June 13
Note: Place may be forfeited by a player
from whom no word is received by 12:00 Noon on Sunday, June 15.
Tournament Format
36-hole Stroke-Play qualifying round.
All players will qualify for Match Play.
Championship Flight - Low 64 qualifiers.
Flights of 16 Players - No Consolation Flights.
Tournament played at scratch.

A.M. & P.M. Championship Final - 36 Holes
The 36-Hole qualifying round
and/or the Championship final round of 36 could be modified to 18 holes due to
inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Note: In fairness to
others, it is the responsibility of every player who enters the match-play
portion of the tournament to continue play until they are eliminated.
Caddie Information
All players shall walk. A player my provide her own caddie, carry
her bag or employ a club caddie, if available. A player may caddie for
another player.
Caddies - $25.00 to $35.00 per bag, per round.
- No metal or ceramic spikes permitted.
- Players are required to wear proper golf attire.
No short shorts, jeans, cut-offs or tank tops.
- No cameras, cell phones, walkman, MP3 players
or the like are allowed on the golf course.
Practice Round, Range
Balls, Club Storage & Locker Rental
- One Complimentary practice round will be available
Saturday, June 14 or Sunday, June 15.
(Beginning June 7, a practice round may be arranged by calling 217-367-3000)
- Range Balls - $4.00 per
bucket
- Club Storage - $20.00 per week - limited availability.
- Locker Rental - $20.00 per week - limited availability.
CO-AM Tournament
Stone Creek Golf Club invites all contestants to play in the
Co-Am tournament on Sunday, June 15 at 1:30P.M.
Shotgun.
