ELIGIBILITY 
Entries are open to amateur junior golfers who
    - were females at birth.
    - have an 18-hole USGA Handicap Index of 22.4 or less.
    - are girls 18 years of age or younger who will not have reached 19 years by|
      the date of the Finals of this Championship
    -
are not college or university students

$100.00 entry fee must accompany entry application.
  Foreign entries are welcome

- Entry deadline: July 1, 2006 at 5:00PM (CDT)
- Entries are subject to approval or rejection at any time by the WWGA Junior
  Tournament Committee.
- Entries will be notified of acceptance or wait list.
- Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
- $15.00 administrative fee will be withheld for cancellations of accepted entries
  on or before July 1.
- NO REFUNDS for cancellations after July 1.
- Field limited to 128 players.

    Saturday, July 8 - 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (EDT)
    Sunday, July 9 - 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon (EDT)

LATE ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Players must register by 12:00 Noon on Sunday, July 9 or have notified Entry Chairman, Linda Gilley at home 708-799-8639 or by cell phone 708-927-5010 or as of Friday, July 7 at Sugar Mill CC 386-426-5200.
Note: Place may be forfeited by a player from whom no word is received by 12:00 Noon on Sunday, July 9.

Qualifying - 18 holes stroke play to establish flights - Tournament played at scratch
Championship Flight - Low 32 qualifiers
Flights of 16 players - Consolation in all Flights

    A.M. - Qualifying Round - 18 Holes
Tuesday, July 11
    A.M. - 1st Round Match Play
Wednesday, July 12
    A.M. - 2nd Round Match Play
                Consolation in all Flights
Thursday, July 13
    A.M. - Championship Flight - Quarterfinal
              All other flights - Semifinals
    P.M. - Championship Flight - Semifinal
Friday, July 14
    A.M. - Championship Flight Final - 18 Holes
              All other flights - Finals
 
Note:  In fairness to others, it is the responsibility of every player who enters the match-play portion of the tournament to continue play until they are eliminated

PRACTICE ROUND
One complimentary practice round will be available on July 8, PM or July 9, AM.  Beginning July 1, a practice round may be arranged by calling 386-426-5210. *Range balls $25.00 per week, payable at registration.

CADDIE INFORMATION
Players shall walk at all times.  A player may provide her caddie, carry her bag or employ a club caddie, if available.  A player may caddie for another player.  A player is prohibited from having her parent, guardian, relative, spouse, another player's parent or grandparent, host family member, any golf professional or golf coach serve as her caddie during the stipulated round.

Private housing will be available for contestants only.  Information for private housing will be included in the WWGA acceptance letter. 
Reservation deadline June 26.

The following hotels have blocked rooms for the WWGA.  Reservations are to be made directly with the hotel.  State you are with the Women's Western Golf Association.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Information for public shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport and Daytona Beach International Airport will be included in the WWGA acceptance letter.

Complimentary local transportation will be available to and from the hotels to Sugar Mill Country Club, on a limited basis.

REGULATIONS, FOOTWEAR & PERSONAL APPEARANCE
- Electronic Equipment will NOT be allowed in this competition.  Penalty: Disqualification.  This includes, but is not limited to, measuring devices, cell phones, cameras, CD Players, or the like.
- Metal or ceramic spikes will not be permitted.
- Players are required to wear proper golf attire.  No short shorts, jeans, cut-offs or tank tops.

    The finalist's name will be inscribed on the trophy.
MEDALIST - Lowest gross score  from the qualifying rounds.

Junior player having the lowest
     combined gross score from the qualifying rounds of the 2006
     WWGA Amateur and Junior Championships
Medals
    Champion and Finalist, championship flight semifinalists, flight
    winners and finalists, consolation winners and finalists.
